I have heard that shorting the switch contacts to the unused pair on the pcb will get around the issue. But proceed at your own risk. I am sure that a search on the switch problem will show many people advising the same and some with pictures showing how to do it. But as I say, I have not needed to do this and if you do so then you do it at your own risk

Hi Mitchel, personally I would not do that, might cause problems with the set and/or psu, I would suggest you fit a switch between the psu and the set in the positive feed lead.
