I have fans in my collection of spare parts.? This is of no use to you at all, because I am in UK, and you could be in Outer Mongolia for all I know. "Frank" does not give a clue to your location.? Take it out, clean it, and put it back in with a bit of thin foam over it.? The fans are generally noisy due to what the air is hitting, not the fan itself.
