Has anyone had either of these 2 symptoms on their 847?
When powering up or occasionally during operation to chatter or flicker
causing you to restart controller software.
I have had it, now, several times. It sounds like relays trying to make
contact.
If this has happened, is there a fix?

Closest I've had was the in-line fuse overheating, corroding and making poor contact. Mine were the cartridge fuses, not the spade terminal ones which are a lot better.
