I can’t access it. That it has a .html ending in its label suggests something is amiss.?

Yahoo deleted all file repositories last year so look there no more.? But Roger VE7LB moved (mni tnx!!!) the files to the groups.io server. You are subscribed, so there should be no restrictions.
