By searching posts in this forum, you can find many ways to repair, replace, or substitute batteries for your FT-60.? Long ago, I posted one about replacing the NiMH cells with 2 Li-ion cells, for example.? Choose a solution that seems to be a little bit challenging and you'll learn something new while fixing up your radio.
