I finally got around to adjusting the PLL reference frequency today. I used my SDR and while transmitting, just turned the reference frequency up until it lined up with the desired frequency. Now both 2m and 70cm transmissions are right on frequency and all distortion/clipping is gone. Thanks for your help, Chris!
