If you really must use this mic, you will need to make an adapter cable. ?The FT-60R uses a ?3.5MM TRRS connector. ?you can get these from e-bay, just search "3.5MM TRRS"
Be aware that the difference in impedance will make your transmissions sound quieter because the input voltage will be lower. ?DO NOT USE A "POWER MIC" you will just over deviate your transmissions and you will sound terrible.
