BUZZ! ?Wrong answer, but thank you for playing. ?There is no federal exemption to hands-free laws for amateur radio. ?Some states have exemptions but most don't. ?Arizona does not have any such exemption. ?Although there is no hands free law state law you can no longer use a radio while driving in Coconino County.
