You already have the strongest belt clip of any ham HT chassis on the market - so use it! This case lets you use the stock clip
The "mods" are to trim 1/4" from the display area of the leather - to enable viewing of the '60's display ... and punching a hole for the microphone.
I took these across the street to a shoe repair shop to fabricate for my clients. I still use mine occasionally.
