More information:
AM - No audio out. Producing a carrier.
CW - It makes the tone nose, but it is not keying the radio.
SSB - No audio or power out. No ALC indications.

When the meter switch is set to ALC and you PTT, the meter should go to full scale at 5. ? The meter will deflect down scale from 5 depending on how loud you speak into the mic. ?The

Sadly no help ....my clarifier voltage round about 1.6V not the 4.8 V in video.? My VFO jumps 20kHz on MOX or when I turn the clarifier ON and zero it in the middle.? Beginning to suspect D13
