Sorry for the typos,... sausage fingers. slop ring was supposed to be SLIP RING and VFO know as supposed to be VFO KNOB. You just hold the slip ring while rotating the VFO knob to get the 100KHz trim

If you are not an experienced radio tech, you are asking for serious trouble if you mess with either of those trimmer caps in the VFO compartment I am a bit confused as to what you are trying to do
