As viewed from the front of the radio in it’s normal operating position, the crystal oscillator board is in the front right corner by the loading control shaft and is mounted vertically?
the slug adjustments for each crystal are for coupling and you should read the service manual to learn how to set each section’s output level. You don’t really change the frequency of each section by adjusting these slugs!!
