There could be little information on the web as the TS-288A was not made in great quantities, and this is the first time that I have heard of a board that should be in a TS-288A being put into a FT-101. The full manual with schematics for the TS-288A is available on the web if you are interested.

Another manual I have shows the BC182 as a replacement for the 2SC828Q, but you will need to check the pin designations to make sure it is a good replacement.
