FT-101EE Switch Needed --- PLEASE HELP!!

 

I'm looking for the slide switch labeled in the schematic as "S8 - SLE12301". This is for the P.O./I.C./ALS
Anyone know of a replacement part number or would happen to have this part I would be very interested.
