Take a look at eBay item numbers 121536911607, 381698446335, 264731791631 & 172709026592. All for less than $20. The Drake List guys have been happy with the blue version used with the R-4 series receivers. Just tape over the two left most digits and mount in a case that only shows the right 4 digits. The one with 5 digits would only need one taped over. The SpeedPak shipping is less than 2 weeks (pre Covid) to the USA.
