Yaesu FT450 final transistor issues?

Here what was recently posted on an eham.net review for a different radio:

Has anyone else heard of this?? I did a quick google search and could find nothing about this supposed history.? If there are final transistor issues, is this just for the FT450AT or for the FT450D as well?? Any links supporting this claim would be interesting to see as well.
