So yesterday was the day for the upgrade to my DR5000 to YD7001.
The upgrade went fine and I was pleased at how simple it was.? I had to do some work around configuration to get my setup back up and running.? By the end of the day yesterday my layout was live again and connection was working through USB to JMri.? The only issues I had were using the TCS throttle.? ?If connecting via the YD7001 nothing would work on withrottle but connecting via the house router it was fine.
So step forward to today, firewall was checked first off and found to be ok.? Then I moved the jmri setting and the PC connection to LAN and all was good.
After a a hour or two trying different settings in the TCS (along with a coffee break) I then went to the TYCS and factory reset it.
That sorted the connection issues out partially.
Now going via house router gives me full access to jmri roster and control
Going via the YD7001 gives me control at last but no access to the jmri roster.
So things are good, but I would like to know how I get access to the roster via the YD7001.? I have tried making changes to the settings in the TCS throttle to use the PC's IP address (as per the withrottle server in JMri) but no joy.
The only settings altered in the YD7001 was to turn off Z21 and Xpressnet and turn on the LB server (for Jmri)
