Re: Unexpected servo movement with DR4024

Servo motors are very susceptible to jitter caused by interference, even more do the digital versions than the analogue servos, and this can be caused by many things. Often long wiring leading to the servo can cause this issue ¨C especially if the wiring runs alongside other wiring. This is why servos come with short wires.

This problem is continuing so thought I should clarify the problem as no one has commented here.?

in summary I have:
Dr5000 controlling the accessory bus which is just for servo controlled points with DR4024 and some Peco SmartSwitches.?

Z21 controls main track and feedbacks.?

A loco passing over points will sometimes cause other servos on the same 4024 modules to move. This only occurs with one loco and only on ekectrifrog points. Frogs are controlled by 4024 via relays.?

continuity testing shows no continuity between the track bus and the accessory bus.?
