There is a folder on this site where you can find almost all the DK firmware.
Just log onto this site and look for it :)
Many Thanks

Thanks will do!? It seems that my dr5013 V1.1.0 firmware is corrupted though , hence the USB connection issue.? Do you know of ?a site I can download a new ?from , as Digikeijs ?is no more? (I have the manual)
If all you need is an auto reverse with no feedback then you can get something like the Block Signalling Auto reverser for a lot less than a LK200. There are some available that are cheaper.
The LK200 is an old Lenz module and that doesn’t provide any feedback at all, whereas the DR5013 is a newer device and provides feedback over Loconet therefore you are not comparing apple with apples.
?
How do you get occupation feedback when using the LK200??
Initially I thought so too but who do I reconcile the finding ?that whe ?I ?use ?a different reverse loop module (Lenz LK 200) ?I have no issues at all? . I know that ?buying another LK 200(not cheap!) ?would solve the issue so I want to give the DR 5013 another chance?
BTW: I just realised that the change in DR5013 setting you suggested did not go through. ( Unable to read the serial number via USB ) Will try with a new cable and keep you posted.?
The message you suggest is not a short circuit message, it is a logic message from RocRail that suggests to me that you have the block lengths, speed profile, or even block connections wrong – but not a short circuit or DR5013 issue
?I modified my setting according to your suggestions with no success.? Obviously you are correct it is indeed the CS ?that is detecting the short. My question is how can I stop this short from triggering the Rocrail message " ghost train in block x,y,z,..”??
If I go to Rocrail Proprieties-Automation-Block- and uncheck “power off at Ghost Trains” everything works fine but it is too drastic of a solution …...
I have a DR5013 used in the way you suggest (but with a Z21 and iTrain) and suffer none of the issues you describe. For the record and correctness it is not RocRail that is detecting the short circuit, it is your command station .
?
I have the Short Circuit detection set 100ms, and have the Report Short Circuit set to None.
I'm using the DR5013 short detection capabilities to manage a "simple" reverse loop .? Following? the manual's instructions? I didn't modify any of the factory settings (no value assigned to S0-S3 or T). All works fine when I run trains manually via the DR5000. But when I run them in auto-mode with Rocrail , the brief (ms) short generated when the train goes over the reversing tracks, is enough to be sensed by Rocrail that cuts power to the tracks instantly. Are there any changes in the set-up of the DR5013 I can make to stop this from happening??
