Followup, something is not working correctly.
On the YaMoRC, I have LocoNet Binary turned on and LocoNet LBServer unchecked.
In JMRI, I have LocoNet over TCP with the IP and port set to match the YaMoRC.
In JMRI, I tried it with and without the LocoNet server running. Neither worked.

The Loconet over TCP connection kept crashing JMRI. I am assuming I have a setting wrong, but something that I need to figur eout.
