The YD7001 Configuration software no longer talks to my YD7001 via USB. Running Windows 11.
- It did install and and it did run properly. The update worked fine. That was a week ago,
- A couple of days ago the app no longer talked to the YD7001 and it stays in YD7001 - DEMO mode.
- Going to the USB 2.0 tab says "Attention, Update only possible with USB connection!" okay, that seems clear.
- I don't see anything useful to me in the logging window. Unplugging it asks me to plug it in again. It knows I have plugged it on, but stays in DEMO mode. So it knows it's there but somehow can't talk to it.
- COM8 COM9 and COM10 are alight but there is no usb traffic on the unit itself. Track on/off does nothing.
- Windows Device Manager shows YaMoRC drivers installed with 9600 N 8 1
- Changing USB cables makes no difference.
- Uninstalling and re-installing the software makes no difference.
- I went to the layout and installed the software on my Windows 10 computer. Worked perfectly.
So does that ring any bells for anyone?
