Current forecast for YCSP
Mid-Atlantic amateur astronomers, we have a weird 'it might clear up' ALL the time. In the blog post added a list of thing I'm personally going to look for with Binoculars and a Telescope. And I added a link to a PDF (and the edible?ODS spreadsheet) of things throughout the year I hope to check off as the seasons progress. |
I used go nuts watching the weather flip back-and-forth almost daily during the week before a star party.? Thankfully, people also attend to hang out with each other, rain or shine.? I can't promise good weather, and I'm not a meteorologist.? It's just... the weather! Hope to see you there, Don. Hi Laura, I've requested for variances before, including early arrivals and extensions to stay later, as well as impromptu evenings, and met a brick wall, unless it was a group in a group campsite (which are in the woods). The rest...meh.
Any chance they'd let us show up Wednesday night? Laura |
