Click On>CLEAR AB/PA Then reset the Usage Limit to 125% and the Penalty to Reduce Hits AndWalks By 50% Click On>SAVE Close the league file and reopen it and then Click On>Rules>Usage and the settings should?have held at 125% and 50% reduced effectiveness. A 50% penalty will start at 125% Other Settings include. Ballpark effects, Draft League LH Pitcher Boost, EPC, Catcher Fatigue, Rain Delays ?
