You can still get a Sm K if its concentrated so I set the upper
to 50. ?I relooked at some of the shots we did in Las Vegas but the file only
reas a .X.MCA. Do you have the notes from what these shots were? The only one
labeled was the Harding. Also the Calibrate and Analyze function works on my version
and will id the peaks after? you do a peak search. I forgot how nice that
Amptek program is.
Yes it does explain the @59.5. These scans were made in Feb
2014. Since then I've learned to set the gain and now the whole screen only
shows 0-45 keV.
That won't cover the all R.E.'s K shell X-Rays but about halfway through the
Lanthanides, you are switching to L shell identification, and eventually L and
M shell anyway.
