time??)
Note- placed the CdTe head into the rolled-sheet-metal shield, 1/2" Pb on
outside followed by a layer of Cd, then 1/2" Cu on inside.
After initial tests the detector parameters were adjusted for better results,
still not finished with that but seemingly the lower threshold has been
sustainable down to Fe K lines, That's good enough, but explore the best
possible before going back to those settings....
