Small piece of a broken CaF2 crystal.
Lot of room to the left of the 3.69 keV Ca Ka1 peak. The other peak to the right is Kb1.
Exciter by ~35sec in 10 microampere 25kVp microfocus beam, unfiltered and in STP air.
All the other junk is tube source artifacts.
