Yeah, there is a lot more going on that just Se.? Let it run about 10x longer and post the mca.
Are you scanning through the bottle?? Colored plastics will have Br, which will be hard to differentiate from Se at 1024 channels.? If I need to raise a sample up to center it on the detector I use a clear plastic platform.
