I replaced my windscrean last year and learned a few things that you may benefit from . firstly the Original Lexan was too light? 2mm and flexed alarmingly under full power . So I used heavier material , 3mm. and found that this sorted out the flexing problem. there is obviously a weight penalty?but I think that the benefits far outweigh this ,??

I still need some help finding a pattern for the x-air standard winshield my original one got burned up in a shop fire which luckily my plane wasn't in when it burnt so now I don't have a pattern to go by
