开云体育From what I can read it was an engine failure of the Jabiru upfront. There are a lot of accidents coming through at the moment as a lot of aircraft in the northern hemisphere are coming into service after being put away for the winter, Rusty pilots and Rusty airplanes I guess.....? thankfully everyone in this accident escaped serious injuryJustin Gregoris wrote on 16/06/2023

开云体育Interesting. You know what happened with the engine? Funny you say that because this year once I took my airplane out of winter storage I put brand new NGK dr9ea spark plugs and the first three flights went great but then the fourth flight when I was checking my magnetos probably to taking off when I turned off the left Magneto the engine started running really rough so I took all the spark plugs out to give them a really deep clean and I expect to go flying again this coming Saturday and I hope the problem goes away but I have no idea why there was over 300 RPM difference once I turned off the left magnetos even though I put brand new spark plugs.
