You need to mount a throttle stop which will stop the throttle going backwards. This can either be by bolting something to the floor or I have seen a cable like what is used in a bicycle brake cable

Simply as your pre flight check exercise the throttle and set to close. Then it¡¯s in the correct position prior to starting, after checking / selecting throttle position of course.
