Excuse my ignorance, but all VSI have a static port, subsequently having a line/hose going from the indicator to somewhere inside or outside the cabin of the plane?
I can't find where my static port is - my pitot tube only has one hose and one port so I am guessing my plane does have a static port that is affixed to outside the aircraft?
