I just did mine. It's not too hard once you figure out a system. I used a Phillips screwdriver to help line holes up. A few times I used a pair of vice grips with a piece of rubber to clamp onto the tubing. Then used the Vice grips as a holding point for a bar clamp so you can stretch the sails far enough to bolt it together.
