I was going to replace mine this summer as well. so when you take it off dose its completely flatten out or does it stay in that shape.

All I have ever done is lay the old screen over a sheet of
lexan and mark around it.
One thing to do first before removing old screen,?is
look how it fits at the moment, if it needs a bit more here and there you can
mark it on the old screen, also to maybe make your tube holes a better fit, if
you don't have one of my windscreen hole kits :-)
