How about a link for the device???

How do you use the IF output?? ?'Frankensteining' a panadaptor for my X5105 IS on my to do list.

I just have a pigtail with the IF stem that goes into the 5105 and a make SMA on the other. That feeds into a USB SDR RX. I use HDSDR for the software.

Here's my 'Mini' or Micro' SDR and MCX adapter for X5105 I.F. output.
It's part of a whole little "kit" from NooElec, about $35 from Amazon, but the MCX to SMA adapter was a separate purchase.? It came in a pack of 2, also from Amazon (currently $5.50 for two).
This version of the kit came with cables and adapters to use it with a cell phone, with an extra cable for also connecting a phone charger at the same time.? The SDR uses the battery pretty quickly (and gets hot).
