Charging voltage I've been using is 13.8, have also charged it from another battery 12.3 volt and always get the white noise from the speaker.

I use a Jetstream JTPS30LCD 30amp power supply set to 13.7v and as mentioned the x5105 is quiet as it should. Maybe check as well what you have it near when charging, maybe change its location and see
