Yes, any network cable you can get at a computer shop will have rj-45 on either end.
Or if your feeling adventurous you can always wire your own as well.

Yeah, I beat my head against the wall, too, before giving up and borrowing my daughter's laptop.? At this point it's a non-issue because I don't foresee any more X5105 updates.

Minicom won't work.? Don't ask me why.? xmodem should be xmodem everywhere.? Use the Teraterm app to load the firmware.
