I've read some conflicting information on the settings for rig control programs on windows, and this is what worked for me.

X5105 firmware 3.0.0 (26NOV2019)
digirig mobile

FLRig settings:

Ham Radio Deluxe v6.8
Join [email protected] to automatically receive all group messages.
