how to make PTT

 

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to make PTT with the microphone jack?
I want to use a headset microphone and a footswitch.
If I connect 4 (PTT) to 7 (GND) the X5105 will not transmit.
my headset microphone works fine between 6 (MIC) and 7 (GND).
