Don¡¯t know if this helps but your best option (in my opinion) is to build a custom cable that connects your amp to the ACC port in the 5105.
I have attached a picturing one of the 5105 manuals that shows the ACC pin functions. Hopefully with your amp manual you can match up the necessary wires and connectors to get the amp and radio to work together.
