I use a similar speaker made by Sony (XB-12).? While discontinued , I was recently able to find them new on ebay.? It¡¯s either wired or Bluetooth.? I use it with my X5105, my X6100, and even my IC-705.? The 705 has fairly decent audio already but the external speaker brings each radio¡¯s audio to another level.? I just wish Xiegu would get around to making the Bluetooth audio work in the X6100.? Until then I¡¯ll be wired with the Xiegu radios and wireless with my Icom.? This is money well spent it¡¯s simply a whole ¡®nuther audio experience with an external speaker.? Thomas K4SWL swears by the similar Anker speaker.? Get a quality external speaker, you won¡¯t regret it.
