There is the black idle speed knob; and then there are the idle mixture adjustment screws underneath each carb which come sealed with a glued-in aluminum round cap from the factory.
If you search the ¡°Files¡± at this group¡¯s website you¡¯ll find a detailed explanation I uploaded years ago of how I removed the caps without having to take the carbs off.

Thanks! I always use fresh gas, bike is ridden daily(never sits), and I top off with Star-Tron fuel treatment, which have been doing for years. This is the first 'issue' and it's minor considering it does everything it's supposed to be doing.
I know carb removal on W is a pain. I wanna avoid it and think this is possible. Will report back this week how subsequent rides go
