Before I put a pair of Metzler Road Tec 1 tires on my Bonneville, I thought the bike was just a tank that would not lean in turns, especially at high speeds.? Wrong.? Now it goes wherever I put it and stays there.? Immune to road groves and, I hope, like the square Lazer tecs it came with, should last much longer the the Pirelli Road Demons I replaced.? When my wife heard about this I was put on task to immediately replace the Dunlops on her W.? I had to special order the rear tire from Dennis Kirk and it took a while but I finally got them.? She loves 'em.? Now all I have to do is use up the Dunlops on my W and then the ones I took off her bike then I can get a set of of Road Techs for that bike.? Guess I better get started on the project.
