Few dents in that tank, it¡¯s an old spare one I picked up on ebay, the original maroon & cream one¡¯s wrapped in a blanket in my loft J The sidecar I picked up on Gumtree (bit like craigslist?) It¡¯s an old British one, I would think from the 60¡¯s, the frame is 1 1/2¡± tube. I¡¯d guess the tub was made by a later owner, mostly marine ply. Good job though.

I have her bolted on using five mounts, took a bit of tweeking but she¡¯s fine up to 70 now, although she shakes her head a bit at 25mph. There¡¯s a bit of life left in the Bridgestones, but I¡¯ll replace the front at least with an Avon flat profile tyre eventually.
Haven¡¯t been about here much of late, but I¡¯m still running about on my W. I¡¯ve fitted a sidecar now, and am finally coming to grips with piloting the beast, anyone else have a chair fitted? Want to exchange notes on mounting points, tyres, steering dampers etal? Give me a shout.
