A very easy 4x4 road, and probably on your route to Moab¡ west of Monticello, is a wonderful peak, and you and your group can camp in many places along the road¡

All of that said, if you haven¡¯t already, research ¡°The White Rim Trail.¡±? Not (usually) a difficult 4x4 trek, should do an overnight somewhere along it, like driving through the Grand Canyon.?
