Wanted to bring you up to date on things here. Been a rough month.
Jan had a heart attack Jan. 7. Upon her return, she fell several times in the home. She just has so little strength left in her arms and legs. I had to call 911 as I could not lift her off the floor by myself.

She fell again last Tuesday trying to walk to the bathroom. Said she blacked out and fell. Ambulance took her to our local hospital due to extremely high blood pressure and heart in tachycardia. She is now in Albuquerque getting heart care and an assessment. They have determined that she needs total care. They are likely going to place her in a skilled nursing facility (nursing home) next week. Whether hospice care or long term hasn't been determined yet, but she won't be returning home. So slowly adjusting to living in an empty house without her.

I have my prostate surgery next Wednesday in Albuquerque, so will be hospitalized myself at least Wednesday and Thursday. I'm sure I will find out more next week where Jan will be placed.
