Great summit to close out the year on. Don and I
headed out from his QTH around 0730 en-route to trail head
parking. I have never parked here before (see GPX Drive) , but Don
proceeded to follow some tracks I laid out. Found a nice, almost
level spot to park,? from where we started our hike up the ridge.
(see GPX Hike) Turns out, there is a nice cow trail which lead us
right to the top. ( .2 mile hike) We then proceeded to hike along
the rim to the summit. (.2 mile hike) for a total hike of .4 mile.
Nice easy hike with views from the rim. Highly recommend this
summit. It has lots of room on top with some trees for mast
