Welcome to the LAST MailChimp Email Blast from the Duke City Hamfest and the FIRST DAY of the DCHF for 2024.? It¡¯s been a year in coming and a lot of hard work by a dedicated team of volunteers and unstoppable Board Members. ?
The doors will open this morning, Friday, 9/20 at 8:00 AM for those who Pre-Registered and for Walk-in Registration.? Coffee and doughnuts will be for sale in the Main Lobby Area.? The Vendor and Indoor Marketplace area (Rooms B & C) will open for business at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.? The ¡°EMCOM Workshop¡± and ¡°HF University¡± events will both begin at 9:00 AM in Room D and Room 222 respectively.? These are both ALL DAY events.? Those are the three main activities for Friday.
Starting at 10:50 AM will be the first of SEVEN Door Prize giveaways that will happen throughout the day on Friday.? On Saturday there are EIGHT Door Prize giveaways starting at 9:50 AM.? All Door Prizes must be claimed by the end of that particular day.? Unclaimed prizes will be given away at the next possible opportunity.? Final Door Prize giveaways AND the drawings for the SIX Grand Prizes will begin at 12-Noon on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024.? For some prizes you MUST BE PRESENT to win.? For other prizes, we will get them to you.? Make sure to READ the jar that you put your ticket(s) into so that you understand the rules for each prize.
