I paid $65 for it. It is 146, 222 and 440. It comes with 2 antennas- one for 144/440
and another just for 222.It still has the protector on the LCD display...It displays 3 frequencies..
It does not talkIt is locked on Ham band transmit only but will receive only out of band.It is not supported by chirp. But has it's own programming software.
