Meaning if a bar graph, the bar graph is set in firmware to indicate, low-medium or high power selection, not an actual measurement.

#8. What is the brand of your radio?
#9. What make is the antenna, many of these off brand antennas are designed for 136-174mhz and work best in the 155mhz region. Not ham.
#10 did you program the radio manually, or program it with software...
The difference, programming manually, requires that you save multiple time. Frequency, offset and PL.
Progammin with software the software downloads to the radio and does a "master" save.. that pretty much saves everything.
