Here is the zip file of the 0.1 version of the hardware. this is a raw, cluttered, unfactored software. Not production grade. Once, we freeze the functions, I will have Jack and Marcello take it over

Re: The hardware v0.1
Ah...I didn't read. 100 mm of water is only 10 cm. That iran't much. but it might allow being a disconnect alarm. We use up to 50 or 60 cm (500 mm) of water pressure to ventilate a patient. Gordon

Re: The hardware v0.1
OK, I don't know exactly how to call that without incurring large long distance costs. is there way to use facetime? Is that pressure ABSOLUTE (hence, it is just a little bit above atmospheric) --

The resolution is about 0.5mm or even less. - f

Re: The hardware v0.1
Gordon, I don't think i have your number. mine is +91-9849026029. The sensor can go to 100mm of H2O above atmospheric pressure. - f wrote:

VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!!!! I wish I had seen that just a bit ago!!! You have made fantastic progress!!!!! I don't understand exactly how your pressure monitor is working. Can you tell me a) the smallest

The hardware v0.1
Gents, Please review the candidate hardware. If you guys are fine with the functionality, I will start laying this out. Gordon, what is a good time to call you?

Re: [BITX20] Which I2C address does the 320x240 TFT display on the v6 use?
Check the MPX5500 or MPX5100.? Simple analog read.

Good point (you are probably a pilot, right?) The delta between 0 and 10000ft is about 4~5 PSA¡¯s https://www.mide.com/air-pressure-at-altitude-calculator

Re: RS-232 connector is a problem
Hi, Shouldn't the pressure sensor be a differential sensor; sensing the difference in airway pressure against the ambient pressure. It looks like you are trying to accurately measure tenths of a PSI

Re: RS-232 connector is a problem
?airway pressure can vary between -20 cmH2O to 60 or even 80 cmH2O in the event that the over-pressure relief valve fails. Pressure sensor should not be destroyed by being exposed to twice that

Re: RS-232 connector is a problem
It doesn't have a barb or nipple suitable for connecting to a thin plastic hose; it was made to measure AMBIENT pressure so it only has an opening into its case. Gordon [email protected]> wrote:

Re: RS-232 connector is a problem
Thank to your post I saw that. I proposed in the P sensor topic making a cover that includes a barb over the orifice. If I have the case and flange dimensions I can whip up something quickly that can

Re: [BITX20] Which I2C address does the 320x240 TFT display on the v6 use?
0x3F is an alternate I2C address used by some LCD displays.
